What is the Architectural Review Committee?

The Kildaire Farms Architectural Review Committee (ARC) handles all requests for property enhancement. This committee works with residents to handle any exterior change. Common examples of changes are changing exterior paint colors, fence installation, or tree removal.

The ARC committee has a set of guidelines and procedures that can be found on this page. The ARC committee members are community residents who volunteer their time to serve the community. The ARC committee is overseen by the board of directors.
