How is the community managed?
Kildaire Farms HOA is managed by a board of directors duly elected by community residents. Members serve a term of 3 years. Yearly, the board of directors forms a nominating committee charged with finding suitable residents who will volunteer their time and talents to manage the community.
The board of directors oversees several subcommittees that have specialized focus areas. The Architectural Review Committee is focused on processing architectural review changes and ensures changes conform to the guidelines. The Parks and Greenway Committee is focused on the management and enhancement of the extensive natural assets of our community. You can find information on how to serve on a committee here.
The board of directors oversees a number of service partners who handle operational and management tasks. Associa provides administrative management of the community. Mutch Landscaping provides common area maintenance and enhancement services.
