How do I submit a comment or suggestion to the Board of Directors?

 

The Board of Directors meets monthly to conduct official business. Board members are volunteer staff and regrettably don’t have the capacity to give individual attention to each of the 1,100 homes that make up Kildaire Farms Home Owners Association. To ensure a prompt and efficient response, we make the services of a professional property and association management company to handle requests, questions, comments, and concerns from residents.

For the most prompt and efficient service, residents are asked to use the Town Square web and mobile applications to submit comments or suggestions to the board or our management partner Associa. If you aren’t able to use Town Square, contact Associa by phone 919-787-9000.
